Licensed Psychologist (Price, or Castle Dale, UT)
FCCBH needs a Licensed Psychologist at our Price, or Castle Dale, UT Clinical
offices. Perform psychological assessments, testing, evaluations, and diagnosis. Develop
and recommend treatment plans, provide referrals and individual psychotherapy when
necessary. Collaborate with a diverse faculty, staff, and other professionals to provide
the best care possible. Must have or qualify for licensure in Utah. 40 hours/week with an
excellent benefits package, salary dependent on licensure and experience.
Licensed Mental Health Therapist, full-time, with Sign-on Bonus (Castle Dale, UT)
FCCBH needs a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Castle Dale, UT. 40 hours/week with excellent benefits package including a signing bonus of $1500 total, $750 upfront, and $750 after two years of longevity! Provide mental health and substance use disorder counseling for adults and children, lead group therapy, and participate in the on-call rotation. Receive outstanding training and diverse experience. Must have or qualify for licensure in Utah – LCSW preferred. Salary dependent on licensure and experience. All FCCBH clinics are NHSC approved educational loan repayment program sites.
Clubhouse Generalist / Case Manager, full-time (Moab, UT)
Four Corners Community Behavioral Health, Inc. in Moab, Utah is seeking a full-time Clubhouse Generalist for a recovery program for adults with serious mental illness. Entry level position for a motivated individual working directly with clients in varied activities such as seeking educational and employment opportunities, budgeting, meal preparation, newsletter preparation, applying for aid, or for outdoor events. Some college preferred. Starting pay at least $16.19/hr, plus a $3.00/hr housing differential, additional pay with BA/BS in human services field. Excellent benefits package. Hiring preference will be given to those willing to participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.
Residential Case Manager, as needed (Moab, UT)

FCCBH is seeking a dependable individual for Residential Case Manager, “as needed” in Moab. The role is to help develop independent living skills of adult residents with serious mental illness. Covers for staff absences, often on nights, weekends, and/or holidays. Minimum number of hours cannot be guaranteed. We can offer flexibility for yours in return. The position is offered "as needed" at $16.19/hr, plus a $3.00/hr housing differential. Hiring preference will be given to those willing to participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.
Residential Case Manager, full-time (Moab, UT)

FCCBH is seeking a dependable individual to be a full-time Residential Case Manager, 40 hrs/wk, for all shifts in our Moab supportive living site. Excellent benefit package. Work directly with adults with mental illness. We help our residents gain the skills needed to move into independent housing. Schedule may have some flexibility. Entry level position for a motivated individual. $16.19/hr, plus a $3.00/hr housing differential. Hiring preference will be given to those willing to participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.
Disparities Officer, full-time (Price, UT)

FCCBH needs a full-time Disparities Officer in Price, UT. This position will help to improve our behavioral healthcare system by strengthening and maintaining ethnic and racial diversity and inclusion across all levels of the agency, including staff, volunteers, and clients. Will attend state-level meetings and implement action plans to help address health disparities within the agency and the community. Review FCCBH policies and practices to identify and address any disparities based on racial equity and related service gaps. The successful candidate must be self-motivated to produce organized, highly detailed work. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication, strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and maintain high ethical standards. All candidates should have proven leadership and administrative experience as well as a depth of experience organizing and advocating with diverse communities. Starting wage is $28.65 per hour, 40 hours per week with an excellent benefits package.
